A new roof over our heads!

The pandemic has forced us to completely reinvent the way Helping with Furniture (HWF) operates, so that we can continue to help the growing number of vulnerable people in our community in a way that is absolutely safe for our clients, our donors and our volunteers. For months on end, we have been operating outside of our small warehouse – sometimes in pouring rain and freezing cold. With a 33% increase in demand for our services in these difficult times, interrupting our operations was never an option. 

It is with a huge sigh of relief that we are announcing our relocation to a bigger warehouse, which will allow us to respond to the many cries for help with a proper roof over our heads. Our new warehouse is located at 1455 Michael street, unit 3.

"With better means now, HWF will continue to offer the comfort of a home and the opportunity of a new start to the resilient and courageous people who need our help more than ever."
