On May 4, 2013, Linda Hayes received the Ontario Volunteer Service Award for 5 years of continuous service with HWF. On the same date, Isabelle Gareau and Cassidy Lalonde received the youth category Ontario Volunteer Service Award for 2 years of continuous service - remarkable examples of what young people can achieve.
