HWF Honoured to Receive Dragon Boat Foundation Support

We are thrilled to report that HWF is one of five local charities to be recognized by the Dragon Boat Festival and will share in a donation of $700,000. Dragon Boat Foundation and Festival CEO, John Brooman, made the announcement on November 28, 2013, awarding the generous donation to HWF, along with Children at Risk, Ottawa, Heartwood House, Shepherds of Good Hope and Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa. We stand proud with our fellow recipients!
